Vice President Biden will lead a U.S. delegation to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Istanbul, Turkey. Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs Lorraine Hariton, Special Representative for Global Partnerships Kris Balderston, Special Envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Rashad Hussain, and Special Advisor of Global Youth Issues Ronan Farrow will represent the U.S. Department of State.
