ISTANBUL, Dec 19 (Reuters) - The Turkish lira weakened to its lowest level since Nov. 28 versus the dollar on Monday due to strong corporate dollar demand and shares declined 1.8 percent hurt by a pessimistic report about Turkey's economy.
