Moody's Warns On Turkey's Imbalances
ISTANBUL -- Moody's investor services on Thursday said fast-growing Turkey could be upgraded if its fiscal and monetary policies reversed the economy's imbalances, but warned on rising inflation and Ankara's mounting exposure to external shocks.
