ANKARA, June 10 (Xinhua) -- Nearly 3,000 Syrians have crossed the border to neighboring Turkey to seek sanctuary, as clashes worsened in their country, Turkish media reported Friday.
Nearly 600 tents were set up in south Turkey's Hatay province to accommodate the refugees, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported."
