"EU constitutional change 'unavoidable'

The issue of Turkey's EU accession 'will be paramount' in changing the way the EU operates, according to a leading European analyst.
Speaking at the Parliament Magazine's Brussels spring briefing, Martyn Bond, the former head of the UK European parliament office, said Turkey will be 'right on the doorstep' of the western Balkans in joining the EU."
