"Turkey, UAE team up to send humanitarian aid to Libya
The first ships carrying humanitarian aid to crisis-hit Libya as part of a joint operation by Turkey and the United Arab Emirates have set sail from southern Turkey, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said Saturday."
