BRUSSELS, Belgium/ANKARA, Turkey -- The command-and-control centre for NATO's air campaign to enforce a no-fly zone over Libya will be located at the alliance's base in the province of Izmir in western Turkey, NATO spokesperson Col. Geoffrey Booth told a press conference in Brussels on Friday (March 25th)."
