Turkey to develop energy relations with Romania Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz said Tuesday that Turkey wanted to develop relations with Romania regarding energy, Anadolu News Agency reported.Yildiz's first meeting in Bucharest took place with Romanian Minister of Economy, Trade and Business Environment Ion Ariton.In a meeting that lasted around 1.5 hours, Yildiz and Ariton discussed in detail possibilities for cooperation in the energy sector and evaluated an undersea high voltage cable project that could be realized between Turkey and Romania in the Black Sea.Yildiz and Ariton held a joint press conference following their tete-a-tete meeting."
