ANKARA, Turkey — Turkey says it will not sign an agreement to take back illegal migrants who travelled to Europe via Turkey unless European travel visa restrictions on Turks are lifted.
Turkey's Foreign Ministry said Friday the so-called readmission agreement will not be 'signed, initialed or implemented,' if its 'expectation is not met.'"
