"Report: 29 Turkish students face prison term for defying police orders during protest

ANKARA, Turkey — Reports says a prosecutor is demanding a three-year prison term for 29 students who defied police orders during a protest against Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan last month.
The Dogan news agency says Tuesday an Istanbul prosecutor has charged the students with 'staging an unlawful meeting and protest march.'"
