8th Southeast Europe Cooperation Process Summit was held in Istanbul in Ciragan Palace. South East European Cooperation Process was launched by initiatives of Bulgaria in 1996. Terror which is the hot topic in Turkish Politics nowadays dominated the Summit. At the end of the Summit, Turkey delegated her rotating presidency to Montenegro."
