Statements and preconditions voiced by Ankara impede Armenia-Turkey normalization process, RA Foreign Minister stated at the joint press conference with Spanish Foreign Minister and EU Chairman-in-Office Miguel Angel Moratinos.
He expressed hope that Turkey will eventually shuck off the artificial complexes and the sides will continue the process based on prior agreements."
