"EU, Turkey sign aviation deal
The European Union and Turkey have signed an aviation agreement that would remove nationality restrictions in the bilateral air services agreements between the bloc's member states and Turkey, allowing any airline based in the EU to operate flights to and from Turkey where a bilateral agreement exists."
