RAPAPORT... With the launch of operations in Turkey, HRD Antwerp has opened its first gemological laboratory outside Antwerp. The company reported on Tuesday that its new operation is located in the jewelry and commercial center in Istanbul and comes as part of its strategy to link Antwerp with international diamond jewelry hubs."
