"Turkish Media Firm Wins Partial Victory in Tax Case

A Turkish court threw out the smaller part of a huge set of tax fines levied in a politically charged case against Dogan Yayin Holding A.S., the country's largest media company.
Dogan said Monday that a tax court on Friday canceled a fine of 772.5 million Turkish lire ($516 million) imposed last February."
