"Towards “The Union for Mediterranean”

A ministerial conference on “Barcelona Process: Union for Mediterranean “was held in Marseilles on November 3th-4th, to discuss the future plans and institutional governance of the process. The conference which was co-chaired by the French foreign minister Bernard Kochner and the Egyptian foreign minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit was convened with the participation of foreign ministers from all 43 states of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership."
