The Turkish delegation that visited India last week, felt that the business community in both the countries have yet to explore the opportunities in different sectors in each other’s country more positively. The delegation also said that a few hotel groups has shown an interest to invest in Turkey, especially in boutique hotels. This opinion was put forth by Cefi J Kamhi, Chairman, Turkish-Indian Business Council, and Turkish Tourism Investors Association, who led the delegation to India to forge economic ties. The delegation had Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, make the first ever visit to India by a Turkish Prime Minister."
