"France supports Cyprus reunification
Members of the French National Assembly have expressed firm support for the reunification of Cyprus, on the basis of international law and European principles.
They have also described the Turkish occupation in Cyprus as 'unacceptable' and stressed the need for stronger involvement of the European Union in the process to resolve the Cyprus problem."
