The European Commission publishes its latest annual report on Turkey on November 5th, 2008. Throughout the report, both positive and negative developments on the way of Turkey’s membership to the European Union are analyzed and policy recommendations are made. The report also draws attention to the inefficiency in the implementation of the adopted measures aligning Turkey with the international standards."
