The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) is ready to purchase Tekfen Inshaat Construction Company (Turkey) till the end of current year.
SOCAR Investments Department Chief Vagif Aliyev said that the contract with Tekfen Inshaat could be signed in end-2008.
“At present we keep negotiating on that matter. The contract will be signed in the near future, undoubtedly, till the end of the year,” V.Aliyev said."
