ANKARA, July 17 (Xinhua) -- Two ambulance planes belonging to Turkish General Staff were dispatched to Mosul city in northern Iraq on Thursday to pick up 21 wounded Iraqis and their 21 companions, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported."
