Last week, I wrote a piece titled “Death or malaria?” in which I tried to enumerate 18 developments that have occurred and not occurred in recent months and in which I said that two famous lawsuits bring pressure on the Turkish Armed Forces, or TSK. The present order in Turkey is against five of these 18 developments and we all know about it, I wrote. Here is how I ended the article: “As the Turkish saying goes… “Show them death and make them accept the malaria.” "
