ANKARA - Turkey's electoral board has changed the number of MPs provinces are allowed to send to parliament, executives of the board said on Saturday.
Turkey's Higher Election Board re-determined the number of MPs provinces will send to parliament according to the population figures that had been re-announced according to a new register system based on addresses."
