Turkey surpasses all the countries around the globe with its mobile communication tax rates, which is nearly 45 percent, according to a report prepared by Istanbul Economy Research Center for Vodafone. Turkey’s tax rates on mobile communication make up 58 percent of the country’s total taxation, which also includes a value added tax, Private Communication Tax, and Treasury taxes"
