"Kewell signs three-year Galatasaray deal
(CNN) -- Harry Kewell has signed a three-year contract with Turkish club Galatasaray, passing up the chance of going to the Olympic Games as an over-age player in the Australian squad.
Kewell collected a Champions League winners' medal during his five years at Liverpool.
Kewell has spent five seasons with English Premier League side Liverpool, and although injuries kept him idle for long periods he gained a Champions League winners medal in the memorable fightback victory over AC Milan in 2005."
