Turkey has filed a complaint with the United Nations Fight against Terrorism Bureau about Austria’s release of a chieftain of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK). The complaint was filed through a letter according to diplomatic sources. Riza Altun, a founding member and chief financial operator of the outlawed terrorist group, fled from France where he was indicted in February for suspected terrorist activity. He was also barred from leaving the area around Paris."
