Belfast’s High Court has been told that an Ulster businessman embroiled in an alleged multi-million pound property scam remains in Turkey.
Bellaghy father-of-three Kevin O’Kane is accused of defrauding scores of local people who bought into a development scheme at a holiday resort near Bodrum."
