A Chino-Turkish Group snatched a 1.7 billion Euros deal to construct a two-way electrified railway line in the west of Algeria, AFP reported Sunday, quoting a statement by the Algerian railway infrastructures agency ANESRIF. The agency said that the Chino-Turkish Group, which is a fusion between China civil engineering construction corporation CCOCC and the Turkish Ogzune made a unique bid, while the deal is to be closed before 2007 end."
