"For my final paper at Boğaziçi, I wrote about the history of Turkish pop music with an emphasis on multicultural singers (multicultural being Jews, Greeks, Armenian, and Kurds). I interviewed students from the university and poured through many artists to find a few to highlight my thesis. I will highlight a few interesting points from my paper here, along with some examples of good Turkish music if you’re interested in listening to some."
