ISTANBUL - Turkey`s relations with the European Union steered back on course after the March opening of the chapter on enterprise and industrial policy and the successful completion of the screening process on ten other chapters, Georg Boomgaarden, an undersecretary with the German Foreign Ministry, said Tuesday."
