"NATO chief to visit Turkey for military talks

NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer will pay a two-day visit to Ankara on Monday to hold a series of talks with Turkish authorities, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported on Friday.
After Turkey withdrew its military support to the European Union (EU) under the European Security and Defense Policy, Scheffer decided to pay a visit to Ankara on June 11 and 12, according to the report."
