"Major investment banks emerge in Turkey

Foreign investment bank's interest in the Turkish capital market is growing daily, said Turan Erol, secondary president of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. Via mergers and turnovers many global giants, including Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS and Credit Suisse, emerged in the Turkish market, he said. Currently 29 out of 98 financial intermediary companies operating in Turkey have foreign partnerships, he said."
