The unveiling of the electoral lists, deplete of any prominent women's activists and generally ranking women candidates low, frustrated various women's organizations that have been long campaigning for more female members of Parliament. The low placement of female candidates on the electoral lists makes it less likely for them to win a seat in Parliament."
