A group of so-called intellectuals and Kurdists in Turkey propose a new multi-cultural society in which �Turkeanness� (being �from Turkey�) will be the supra-identity, instead of a our present unitary nation-state model. Since it is impossible for a �multi-national� state to maintain its political unity, this multi-party society model naturally will pave the way for a �federal� system leading to separation. "
