Antalya's Belek has become famous over recent years for its golf courses and as a popular investment site for golf villas. However, when investors turned to Belek's neighbor, Kadriye, a few years ago, few had ever heard of its name. Now, Kadriye, a 20 minute drive from Antalya's airport, is the new star and a favorite destination among foreign golfers. About 500 foreigners live here, and these people are not only retirees; young people who either continue working in their countries and visit on long weekends or who have chosen to live and work in the area's booming golf tourism sector have bought property in Kadriye. "
