Boyner, one of Turkey’s renowned industrial groups, is selling shares of their two leading companies to Citigroup Venture Capital International (CVCI). A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Monday between Boyner Holding, the Altınyıldız textile and ready-made factories group and CVCI in order to start exclusive negotiations for the sale of shares representing 30 percent of the equity capital of Boyner Büyük Mağazacılık, owned jointly by Boyner Holding and Altınyıldız Textile. "
