Studies regarding the property sales to foreigners continue on the basis on cities. Within the limit of 5 per thousand as suggested by the law, the sale limit for each city is going to be determined in this framework.
The commission consisting of the representatives of the concerning ministries and institutions continues the studies on the issue. The commission has asked for the necessary information from several institutions regarding the strategic situation of the cities, the demographic structures, natural and cultural values and the building schemes. Taking these criteria into consideration, the sale limit determination studies are held within the 5 per thousand limit as suggested by the law."
