"Turkish Airlines may allow in-flight mobile use
Turkish Airlines is currently working on a project that would allow passengers to make mobile phone calls during flights.
The move would bring the reversal of a long-standing ban on in-flight mobile use, though Airbus completed research in 2004 showing that it wasn't a danger to in-flight navigation systems.
THY would become the first airline in the world to allow in-flight mobile use. Emirates Airlines is also working on a similar project."
