"Turkish officials meet to discuss EU reforms
ANKARA, Turkey: Turkey's foreign minister met with officials in charge of his country's relations with the European Union on Wednesday to discuss EU-demanded reforms even though the bloc has partially frozen membership negotiations with Turkey.
Abdullah Gul went into the meeting saying it was important to continue making reforms so Turkey will be ready when the EU is willing to fully resume membership talks."
