Ismail Cem passed away due to the lung cancer, leaving his mark on Turkish politics. The former minister of foreign affairs, İsmail Cem said: 'my life was not wasted, though it could have been better, but I should say 'Thank God'' in a poem named 'Welfare' which he wrote in 1995."
