As expected, the European Union debate is taking preponderance in Turkey's ever-changing political agenda. The reason is obvious. We're only a week away from the European Commission's Turkey Progress Report, which will set the mood for the EU summit in December. The report will have a major impact on whether Turkey and the EU are heading for a 'train crash.'"
