ANKARA - There will be no major surprises in the European Commission�s report on Turkey�s progress in meeting the European Union accession criteria, according to Joost Lagendijk, the co-president of the Turkish-European Parliamentary Joint Commission. The EC�s report, due out later Wednesday, will be balanced and does not include any unexpected revelations, Lagendijk said while appearing on private television station NTV Wednesday afternoon along with European Parliament Turkey Rapporteur Camiel Eurlings."
