AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (AP) -- Royal Dutch Shell PLC has agreed to "investigate the possibility" of joining a project to build an oil pipeline between the Russian city of Samsun on the Black Sea and the Turkish Mediterranean port of Ceyhan, a Shell spokeswoman said.
