"MSU plans to send students to Turkey

Minot State University President David Fuller hopes to send up to 20 business students to study in Istanbul, Turkey, and to accept Turkish students into the business program at MSU.
“Being international is one of our real goals,” said Yucel Yilmaz, rector of Kadir Has University in Istanbul, who shares Fuller’s goals. "
