I am not quite sure what lessons Turkey might draw from the New Zealand film industry. There are economic sectors I know less about. Sports is an example, the fine arts market might be another. In short, the rapidly growing and globalizing film and cinema industry is a topic far from my realm of expertise. Which was all the more reason I read with some fascination two weeks ago a report by my Referans colleague, Şenay Aydemir, 'Cinema’s Cannes model to make Antalya the cultural and tourism capital of Eurasia.' "
