Dutch authorities have detained a suspected member of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) organization, for whom Turkey had issued an international arrest warrant.
Turkish citizen Nedim Seven (37) is wanted in Turkey in connection with the deaths of 15 people including police officers, and on charges of membership to the outlawed PKK organization."
