Kula, in the Aegean province of Manisa, which plays host to natural rock formations that resemble the famed fairy chimneys of Cappadocia, is on its way to becoming one of Anatolia's major tourist attractions.
Kula local administrator Mehmet Yüce told the Anatolia news agency that work was under way to make Kula a focus of attraction for both Turkish and foreign tourists and that the fairy chimneys in Kula were only one of two examples of their kind in the world. "
