The closely watched Semdinli trial is over and two non-commissioned military officers linked to gendarmerie intelligence units have been convicted of setting up gangs, causing a person's death, attempted murder and of wounding members of the public. The officers, Ozcan Ildeniz and Ali Kaya, were both sentenced to 39 years and five months in prison each ... Their sentences are subjected to appeal. The verdict on a third person who's a PKK informant and who aided the officers has been delayed. "
