The uropean Union, which isn’t pleased with the gaps in the system due to changes to the Public Procurement Bill, warned about no more “new exemptions” in new legal work. Public Procurement Institution Chairman Hasan Gül said that “middle course” would be find between the demands of government and institutions about change to the bill and EU applications.
