"Kurdish problem can't be resolved via security measures
Cihan News Agency -Diyarbakır Mayor Osman Baydemir, who has been in Washington for a visit, claimed that Kurdish problem in Turkey can't be resolved through security measures.
Baydemir told a press conference on Sunday in Washington that there should be a new move to open clean chapter. 'It can be general pardon, or reconciliation law or redemption law.'"
